“As the Admissions Director, I saw Kristin as the face of Telos. Now that my son has been at Telos, I see that her love and commitment to excellence is truly representative of Telos as a whole.” – parent

Kristin Williams is a board member and packed with enthusiasm for our students. Not a day goes by that Kristin is not laughing with or “high-fiving” students on campus. Her attention to detail is what puts every mom’s heart at peace, knowing that Kristin is watching out for their child. Kristin joined Telos from the public school system of 15 years which includes being the principal at Mound Fort Middle School / Junior High. She is the former director of the Family Community Resource Center at Central Middle School, and has also worked as a counselor at Lewis Elementary School. Her passion for the mountains of Utah and being fit is a big part of Telos’ recreation therapy. Kristin believes strongly in the individualized treatment model of Telos and brings her “A-Game” everyday so that each student can feel the love of concerned friends. Admissions Officer - South Campus

Brooke Densley

“Brooke’s deep compassion was so comforting during the admissions process. As the mother of a neurodiverse child she understands exactly what we are going through.”  -parent

Brooke has over a decade of experience helping parents access additional therapeutic and educational resources for their children. She finds deep fulfillment in guiding families through the admissions process and setting them up for success as they begin their journey at Telos.

For Brooke, working at Telos is more than just a job; it’s a meaningful choice she makes every day, allowing her to “pay it forward.” As the mom of a young adult son on the Autism Spectrum, she understands the challenges of raising a child who faces ongoing struggles. She’s been there, often feeling like her best efforts weren’t quite enough. Supporting families who have faced similar challenges and heartache.

Brooke finds joy in the genuine connections she gets to build with the students at Telos. Knowing how tough it can be for a child to be away from home, she strives to treat each student like her own while they’re away from their families.

Passion:To be part of a movement that creates meaningful change--whether that be for one person, a family unit, or an entire community.

Education:Business Administration Degree - Ensign College

Admissions Officer - North Campus

Andrea Carroll

“Andrea was my Utah mom, she helped me get through Telos. Having her encourage me nearly every day was what kept me together when I wasn’t sure I could do it.”  -student

There is nothing more important to Andrea than “her students”. She is the “Utah Mom” to many who need that extra support and help. Her passion for the mission of Telos is evident as she walks the halls of Telos interacting with students. She has a son who struggles with mental health needs and knows first-hand how scary it is for parents and students who don’t know what to expect next. Andrea loves the trust families place in her to help them find their way. As an Admissions Officer she takes this trust seriously and strives to go the extra mile. She loves seeing kids and families thrive and grow at Telos. It is particularly rewarding for her to play a part in helping them discover their new life.

Passion:Empowering families who need help navigating the mental health path.

What familes had to say about Telos

Our experience at Telos was phenomenal! From the day we took the parent tour until the day our son was discharged. We were impressed by the team and staff’s skill, experience, professionalism and positive attitude.

I have been to 4 treatment centers. Wilderness, then Telos then a third (I left early from) and fourth (I graduated from). By far, Telos is the program that has gone above and beyond. Not only has Telos stuck by me when I refused to progress, Telos completely turned my life around.

Telos saved my son’s life! They customized his treatment to fit his needs and adapted it as he grew. They also treated our family along side him, ensuring the most successful transition home. We are eternally grateful.

It has been almost 7 years now since I was at Telos but the skills I learned there have help me through my life. I will always remember the great people who helped me along the way!

Our son spent 17 months at Telos and to say his time was transformative is an understatement. Their focus on helping kids and their families grow and heal is a caring and supportive environment and is truly exceptional.

I was at Telos 5 years ago… I still love this place. Before Telos my life was awful.

Our son just completed Telos. I can say Telos is a godsend. The therapeutic resources at every level are excellent. It takes a lot of courage and trust to hand over your child to an institution 2,000 miles away. Our son is finally able to move forward.

There really are not words to describe how amazing Telos is. From the owners and staff to the therapists and teachers. All are special people with caring hearts and amazing training. Though it took longer than expected, our family is soooooooo much better now. We are forever grateful.

There really is a special feeling and atmosphere at Telos, I recommend Telos to anyone!

I was a student at Telos for over a year. There have never been better experiences in my life than the ones that I had there. The Telos tools have improved my life immeasurably.

Great school for struggling teens. Intense therapy for the child and family. Fabulous resource, strong academics. They won’t give up on your child!

I’ve spent my career certifying private schools and I would put Telos High School in the top 5 nationally, even compared to the most prestigious private schools available.

OMG! Having our son at Telos was an amazing experience. Their program is very well thought out and covers all the many aspects of a struggling teen. I am proud to say that now he is a confident, capable and most important, HAPPY young man, ready to take all that he has learned in to the real world.

Thank you to all of the amazing people at Telos for changing our family forever.
