London is a self-proclaimed social nerd who loves both people and data. With nearly a decade of experience as a patient advocate before joining Telos, she brings deep expertise in commercial health insurance and a passion for making mental health care more accessible to families. The leadership team trusts her judgment wholeheartedly, and she’s always the first to volunteer to help. London holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University (WGU) and supports both Telos campuses. Known for her love of learning and genuine care for others, she also enjoys celebrating life’s moments by planning events, baking decadent desserts, and spending time with her family. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her outdoors—especially near the ocean.
