Titan Sports and NeuroFitness Activities

High Support, Low Pressure Schooling that Prepares Students for the Next Setting
Small in size, but mighty in spirit, Telos takes pride in creating a school culture where students feel connected, involved, and excited to participate. Because activities span across both campuses, there is always something happening—from honor roll “skip days” and outdoor adventures to school events, recreation, and time spent building healthy friendships with peers and staff. For those who qualify themselves to participate, Telos offers 10 varsity sports, giving students the opportunity to compete, develop teamwork, and enjoy being part of something bigger than themselves. Whether students want to play on a team or simply cheer from the sidelines, there is a place for everyone in the Telos community. Go Titans!

NeuroFitness & Activities at Telos
Neurofitness is an important part of the Telos approach. Research continues to show the connection between sustained physical activity and improved focus, mood regulation, motivation, and emotional wellness.
Many students arrive at Telos with negative experiences tied to sports or exercise. Our coaches meet students where they are, helping them discover activities they genuinely enjoy and can succeed in.
Neurofitness may include walking, hiking, biking, and other engaging outdoor activities throughout the Rocky Mountains. What makes the Telos approach unique is the close collaboration between Neurofitness coaches and the clinical team, allowing therapeutic goals and physical wellness to work together in meaningful ways.

T3 Endurance Sports

T3 Endurance Sports is a small shop inside the Academy that gives parents a highly discounted way to purchase fitness gear for their student. Before T3 parents paid full price for student gear online or around town. This T3 team lives, trains and thrives on healthy living. It is a perfect resource for students that find a passion for it. If students don’t swim, they can learn. If they don’t bike, they can learn and so forth. Many student are replacing a gaming lifestyle for a lifestyle of activity. It takes patience and staff who love sharing.
