Jessica brings over a decade of dedicated experience in the field, including many years of impactful service at Telos, where she has become a trusted and steady presence for both students and families. Her longevity within the organization reflects not only her commitment, but also the consistency and effectiveness of her work.

Jessica specializes in working with adolescents and young adults and has extensive experience helping youth navigate a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, autism spectrum differences, grief and loss, and crisis intervention. She is passionate about helping young people move through difficult experiences while developing the resilience, self-awareness, and practical skills needed to build fulfilling and productive lives.

She has developed particular expertise in grief and loss as well as crisis management—areas that require both clinical skill and a grounded, confident approach. Jessica is known for her ability to step into difficult, high-stakes moments with clarity and composure, helping students stabilize, process, and move forward with purpose.

In addition, Jessica has advanced training in supporting youth with executive functioning challenges and slower processing speeds. She works closely with students who struggle with organization, planning, emotional regulation, attention, cognitive flexibility, and information processing. Her experience working with neurodiverse youth, including those on the autism spectrum, allows her to tailor interventions to each student’s unique strengths and challenges while helping them build greater independence and confidence in daily life.

Her therapeutic style is open, direct, and authentically engaging. Students often feel a sense of safety and trust with Jessica almost immediately, allowing meaningful work to begin early in the process. She balances honesty with compassion, creating an environment where students feel both supported and appropriately challenged to grow.

Jessica’s ultimate focus is on helping students move beyond survival and into meaningful, productive living. She is deeply committed to guiding young people toward lives that are not only stable, but connected—engaged with their families, their communities, and a stronger sense of purpose. Whether helping a student navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, autism spectrum-related challenges, executive functioning difficulties, grief, or crisis situations, she remains focused on helping them create lasting and meaningful change.

Her years of experience, combined with her relational strength, clinical expertise, and unwavering commitment to youth and families, make her a highly effective and respected member of the Telos team.
