Andre is a Life Skills Coach at Telos’ Geneva and Telos U programs, where he helps individuals build structure, discipline, and purpose in their lives. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations from Brigham Young University and holds credentials in Inclusion and Diversity Leadership and Project Management.

Andre takes a practical, goal-oriented approach to coaching, focusing on creating sustainable routines and meaningful personal growth. Passionate about fitness and development, he emphasizes consistency, resilience, and intentional progress. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, traveling, and exploring new cultures—bringing fresh perspective into the way he supports others.
