Jake has great experience managing residential treatment programs and employees. Much of his work has focused on training processes in therapeutic programming to create positive change for employees and students. He has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, focused on making the workplace conducive to a seamless employee experience through evidence-based support and people-first approaches. Outside of work, Jake enjoys podcasts, movies, and being with family.
