“Our son has never opened up and worked with us the way he has in our sessions with Wade. He has given us hope we can have a happy home life together” – Parent

Wade brings extensive experience working with youth and families in residential treatment, establishing himself as a seasoned and deeply committed healing professional. Throughout his career, he has worked with hundreds of adolescents and young adults, developing a refined ability to navigate complex clinical presentations with both precision and care.

Wade specializes in working with adolescents and young adults facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. His areas of expertise include autism spectrum differences, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. He is particularly passionate about helping young people understand themselves more fully, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful and successful lives.

He is especially skilled in supporting individuals with executive functioning challenges, slower processing speeds, and multifaceted clinical profiles, where nuanced understanding, patience, and individualized intervention are essential. Wade has advanced training in helping youth who struggle with organization, planning, attention, emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and information processing. His experience working with neurodiverse youth allows him to tailor treatment to each student’s unique strengths, learning style, and developmental needs while helping them build greater independence and self-confidence.

Wade approaches each student through a comprehensive, holistic lens. He carefully considers the interplay of brain chemistry, neurodevelopment, learned behaviors, trauma, addiction, identity, and personality—recognizing that meaningful change requires understanding the full context of an individual’s experience. His ability to integrate these factors allows him to create treatment approaches that are both highly individualized and deeply effective.

Known for his consistency, empathy, and clinical depth, Wade remains grounded in what matters most: helping students move from disconnection and hopelessness to a renewed sense of connection, purpose, and hope. His calm, focused presence creates a space where students feel genuinely heard and understood—often for the first time. Within that space, they are able to develop insight, build confidence, and learn to effectively advocate for themselves.

Whether helping a young person navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, autism spectrum-related challenges, executive functioning difficulties, or complex co-occurring issues, Wade brings compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication to the therapeutic process. As he often reflects, the most rewarding part of his work is witnessing transformation firsthand—when a young person reconnects with their support system and begins to believe in their future again.
