Drew Davis, LCSW

Telos Academy, Carter House

Clinical Director - North Campus

“Drew has been a lifeline, a guide, and a support throughout my son’s time at Telos, and while always professional, has felt like a friend celebrating successes and supporting and encouraging me through challenges. His guidance has helped my son to make incredible progress and growth, develop essential skills, and become more aware of his own strengths and challenges, and it has also helped me grow into a better person and parent. Thank you for everything!” -Parent

A true “dyed-in-the-wool” Buckeye, Drew brings the grounded values and warmth of his Ohio roots into every aspect of his work. His genuine, fun-loving presence fosters deep, meaningful connections—relationships that become a powerful catalyst for growth in the students he serves.

An accomplished pianist and vocalist, Drew’s passion for music is woven into his life and clinical approach, bringing creativity, emotional depth, and authenticity into his therapy and counseling.

Drew’s journey with Telos began years ago as a social work intern while earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Weber State University. What started as a formative training experience evolved into a lasting professional calling. He later earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University, equipping him with advanced clinical skills to match his natural relational strengths.

With extensive experience across residential treatment, outpatient care, public education, and youth-focused volunteer organizations, Drew brings a comprehensive and seasoned perspective to his work. He is deeply committed to helping adolescents and families rediscover hope, direction, and resilience. His clinical practice is centered on working with youth and young adults, helping them navigate the complex emotional, developmental, behavioral, and relational challenges that often arise during adolescence and early adulthood.

Drew specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, autism spectrum differences, learning and processing differences, and attachment-related challenges. He has particular expertise in helping neurodiverse youth understand their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build confidence in their ability to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

As an EMDR-certified clinician, Drew draws from a rich and diverse clinical toolkit, allowing him to tailor treatment in ways that are both evidence-based and deeply individualized. In addition, he has advanced training in supporting individuals with executive functioning challenges and slower processing speeds. He works closely with students who struggle with organization, planning, emotional regulation, attention, cognitive flexibility, and information processing, helping them develop practical strategies that increase independence, self-confidence, and success in daily life.

Drew’s approach blends strong clinical expertise with genuine human connection. He believes that meaningful growth occurs when students feel understood, accepted, and empowered to engage in the hard work of change. Whether helping a young person navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, autism spectrum-related challenges, executive functioning difficulties, or attachment wounds, he creates a therapeutic environment where students can develop insight, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Through his combination of clinical skill, creativity, warmth, and authentic engagement, Drew helps students and families build stronger relationships, overcome barriers, and move toward lasting healing and growth.
